Villa Viktoria is located in the village Demänová, which is the gateway to the Demänovská valley - the famous ski resort Jasná. The excellent location allows easy and quick access to the most interesting and popular tourist attractions. The advantage is the proximity of several restaurants, wellness, grocery stores and bus stops (ski bus). We will be happy to recommend places that are really worth a visit.
We offer guests year-round accommodation in apartments and family rooms with a total capacity of 18-20 people, which can be rented separately or as a whole.
For gatherings there is a large hall with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, in summer a large garden with a sitting area, a fireplace for barbecues and various attractions for children. The building also has a parking lot for 6 cars. We are looking forward to your visit.
For easier orientation, here are instructions on how to get to Villa Victoria. Follow the D1 motorway to the roundabout heading to Liptovský Mikuláš. You have to turn to Demänovská Dolina (Jasná). After about 2 km you enter the village Demänová. 200 m after the bus stop, turn right and then right again.

Family rooms
The building is divided into a large house with 5 double rooms on the 1st floor and an attic apartment on the 2nd floor. Behind it is a detached garden apartment.
Capacity is 10 -12 people
in double rooms (for small children we can provide a cot). On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, hall with fireplace. There is also a bathroom and 2 toilets.

The attic apartment is located on the second floor of a large house. In two double rooms with a view of Kriváň is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and bathroom with toilet. The entrance is via the main stairs.
